HOW MUCH IS A SURVEY OR ESTIMATE?

If you are looking for a survey / quote for your own home it is free of charge.

If you are interested in buying a property and you would like a survey / quote. Please contact us with information and images and a rough price can be delivered over the phone or via email. In this case if you require an on-site survey for a property you do not currently own we charge £199 inc VAT.

DO YOU CARRY OUT, ONE OFF, SMALL REPAIRS?

Yes we do carry out small repairs. The starting price for one off repairs is £399. If your home is based 20 miles outside Glasgow there will be a supplementary fuel charge of £100

IF I REQUEST A QUOTE DO I HAVE TO MAKE A DECISION ON THE SPOT?

Yes. All of our work comes with a guarantee and in many cases a back up manufacturing warranty or insurance backed guarantee.

DO YOU OFFER FINANCE?

ARE YOU INSURED?

We do not offer finance, however if you are eligible for finance through a home improvements or building contractor, we find rates vary from 12-24% APR on average and you would get a far better rate if you sourced your own finance plan through your bank or finance company directly.

WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?

We take cash, debit or credit card and preferably a direct bank transfer.

WHY ARE YOU NOT REGISTERED ON COMPANIES HOUSE?

Absolutely not. Every quote we issue is valid for 30 days. We respect that making a change to any area of your home is a big financial commitment and may require an extended period of thought.

Yes. We have public liability insurance through Avia and Gallagher Insurance with coverage up to £5,000,000.

ARE YOU EXPENSIVE?

We are very competitive and will always beat prices from national companies and larger firms but if you are expecting one man band prices we won't be a right fit for you.
