Why we do it differently

After 11 years in the home improvement industry, I have seen how most companies operate. My journey started in health and safety compliance, then moved into surveying in 2015, and along the way I learned that too many firms still take the old Weatherseal approach. Build a false rapport. Spend fifteen minutes talking up the company, then another fifteen explaining why not signing today means losing a massive discount that is somehow only available to a handful of people in your postcode. Survey the house and exaggerate every little crack and mark as if it is about to fall down. Then the hard close, and the phone calls to the manager. These companies overcharge and underperform, overpromise and underdeliver. They take the money and that is it. No aftersales, no referral options, no customer stories. Customers are treated like just another job. The sad fact is that it is 2026 and so many companies still work this way.

I knew there had to be a better way. One that leaves a remarkable impression on every customer, from the first point of contact to the end of the job and long after. To go above and beyond, making our customers' requirements the standard, and the communication and aftercare the added bonus you do not get from anyone else. Our goal with every customer is to leave them feeling like they have made a friend for life.
